Good afternoon from the greater metropolitan Baghdad area! I've been a member here for quite some time, but haven't been around a whole lot due to work, life, etc.

I just retired out of the National Guard after 23 years, and am now contracting overseas, which I like very much.

I've been a lifelong S&W fan, and I figure I'll be in good company here!

Baghdad is hotter than the hinges of hell this time of year, but things have been pretty quiet in the city the last couple of months. It looks a LOT different (and better) than it did the first time I was here 20 years ago, let me tell ya!
