It is sooooo much different if you can find some kind soul to let you shoot their land. I have a few acres at present and am working on another local guy with 2000. Man you can have some fun.

Keep at it. It takes time but sooo worth it when you get some sorted.

Cool, so when are we all gonna get together for a S&W 15-22 appreciation society meet and greet, gallivanting through the 2000 acres, target shooting, campfires and cans of beans.
Ha ha.....:D
Good to hear about the new venue and accepting "greys" that makes for a pleasant surprise. I was at a Bianchi shoot at Mattersey yesterday, the 15-22 caught a lot of attention, had a really great day and went one better on my average from last year, so I was happy. The 15-22 and more importantly the BAD lever performed fantastically and the one stoppage I had was cleared, caught and reloaded and fired and so easily with a flick of the trigger finger. Not the horrible octopus contortionist impression like pre-BAD. :) Love this rifle :)
