It is weather, you can't change it so you might as well enjoy it and have fun.
Back when I sold Toyota Parts, I'd tell people that snow flakes were little dollar signs.Yeah, Supermarket store owners LOVE snow. They sell a couple
weeks worth of food in two hours...
I am reminded of all the times over the years that we responded to fires and other emergencies in weather like this...it's sure good to be retired now!
It ain't over yet, folks...we are supposed to get about another 2" per hour for the next eight hours, before the snow tapers off tonight. Wish us luck!![]()
Bill Bates - beautiful photo's. Just finished round two of shoveling, boy does this bite the big one.
Thanks, I don't shovel snow. I run the snow blower and Wanda shovels. Some days it does suck when you get to do it over and over again during the storm. Oh and then plow comes by and you get to shovel out the driveway all over again because they pushed the snow back into the drive way.

Normally we go to the Y on Sunday for a good workout. You may also want to play a little music while shoveling, no vodka drinking, you may forget why your out there.

What do you do at a time like this, you ask?
Why, you run to the store and buy all the milk, bread, and toilet paper you can carry, of course!
Sorry, it's an old Northeast PA joke.![]()
