BodyGuard 2.0 Problem .380

HELP! Upon chambering a .380 round into my brand new (just out of the box) Bodyguard 2.0 .380, I find that the case will not fully seat into the chamber. No matter what I do it will not fully seat. The casing protrudes about 1/4 inch, preventing the receiver from fully close. Weapon has been cleaned and properly lubed. What am I doing wrong????

Are these reloads? If they are, you must make sure the bullet is seated to the
correct depth in the case.
