Bodyguard 380 magazine won't stay in

I have a relatively new 380 Bodyguard and the magazine just pops out when it is in the holster, for no apparent reason. I'm not even touching the gun and when I pull it out, the magazine pops out. When I first got the gun, the magazine would only go into the gun half way and I had to push the magazine release button to further insert it. Now the magazine will just pop out for no reason. I have been sure that I did not touch the release button. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions?

The mag release is real soft after a couple dozen reloads mine basically cut itself down and wouldn't hold mag. Just ask for a new release and put it in. I have a newer one also but other than that it's been real reliable and is primary ccw with the nice weather. Just grab some roll pin punches and follow the instructions or videos on YouTube. The new release seems like it loses the part that allows the mag to cut in so deep and is more of an angle but still plastic.
