Bodyguard .380

Thanks, Brian, appreciate the support.
Part of the problem, there's not a broad base of knowledge about this pistol. It's too bad, it really has a lot going for it...assuming you get a good one. Really would have liked to diagnose the actual issue.
Set up the press for .380s this evening; have powder, primers, and boolits. Three eighties are worth reloading; 9s not so much.
Be well,

I personally would not carry a .380, but this is not a caliber debate. If .380acp is what you like to carry, the Ruger LCP Max is at the top of the game IMHO.

My Sig P365 weighs in at 17.8 oz vs the 10.8 Ruger and of course the P365
is also larger but I'm willing to pay the Piper for a full 9mm 124 grain round.

Did you purchased these new recently?? Reason I ask is that several years (5+ years) I decided against buying one due to all the issues that were being reported.

I kept wondering if all this was fixed over the years.

Preaching to the choir, chief. I'm a huge fan of the SIG P365, and have found them stone reliable and capable of hitting things. I like the basic 10 round version. It's an amazing pistol, and (with its chassis design) a remarkable design.
But I wanted something a little smaller, for pocket carry.

Yes, all three were recent purchases, and even the serial numbers are close. Two work, one doesn't. Go figure. But I am happy with mine, especially with the TruGlo sights.

Now, another poster here says there is a new model in the pipeline, striker fired, with 10/12 round capacity. Small size/thinness is the BG's claim to fame, but Smith now seems determined to compete with the 10 round Ruger.
