bodyguard laser issue

i own a bodygard 380 that the battery died . when i replaced the battery the laser is way off . ihave taken it apart and reasembled several times with same results any help on what im doing wrong. it shoots pretty well with iron sights but i still like the laser novelty

I've never had that problem with mine. Did you try to rezero it?

Yet another reason why I will never buy a pistol with an integrated laser.
