Boot recommendations

No problem. Glad we could be of help. :) Also, I don't think you'll be disappointed with the Carolinas. My current work boots are their CA1815's and they're light and comfortable.

Two things to never cheap out on.

You need good shoes and a good mattress.

If you're not in one you're in the other.

When I had my business I wore the waterproof Red-Wings. Excellent wear and very comfortable. However, I alternated wear with Timberlands. Not as comfortable, but I didn't want to wear the same boot every day without at least 24 hours of internal dry out time on them.

I love it when someone asks a question about "What is the best.....whatever?"

Almost to the person the response is different!!!

There really is no reason to ask a question if you are going to get twenty (being kind) different responses!!!

Of course you do get a lot of choices that you may not of heard of before!!!

Have fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:D

My everyday work boot is a pull-on Carhart. My "dress boot is a Red wing, and my winter boot is a brand I get from LA Police gear - don't remember the name. If I can get two years on a "throw away boot", I'm happy.
