Looks like a Brauer Brothers holster made in the St. Louis Missouri factory that used to be down on Washington Avenue. I cannot read the inscription or stamp on the back. Can you read it?

That one's a Brauer. The same seller has some Bianchi 19L's for the 4506 / 1006.
