Brand new M&P....need replacement recoil spring

I'm new here...and lots to learn.
I was gifted an M&P .40......and prepping for a range visit in a few days. With an inspection/clean/lube I find that the recoil guide rod & spring was now jammed solid....won't compress at all ....re-assembly is impossible.
So, I'm looking at this recoil spring...twisting it a bit to see if I can free it up or what the issue is...... The end washer flies off along w/the main spring. I have no idea where the end washer flew. Great.

Where can I buy a replacement recoil spring?....quickly, so I can still get on the range.

What Steve said or you could just go order one. They are cheap enough. Assuming you have a full sized M&P 40, here is what you need:

You can always consider aftermarket. Wolff makes a guide rod and spring in a traditional non-captured config for those who like to tune their guns to particular loads.
