If a Police Officer shot the TV because he didn't verify that it was not loaded, maybe he was in the wrong profession. If the root cause was lack of training, then I submit that THAT police force needs some serious criticism.

Bill Jordan shot and killed an officer who was in another room when he fired a supposedly empty gun. Col. Jeff Cooper once shot his gas meter. When the problem was over the gas man asked why he shot the meter? His classic response was "Because that is what I was aiming at". I gather from your response that the US Military and Border Patrol should look elsewhere to have their training methods examined?

I have had two new revolvers with problems. A CA Professional stopped functioning in DA mode after 64 rounds. A Ruger SA Blackhawk had problems after the second cylinder full with binding. I like the 100 round minimum.
