"Shipped" 6/29 (actually, they told me that is the check printing date) and received this afternoon. Be on the lookout for something like this.

I received my rebate check on 7/20/17 which was showing to be shipped on 6/29/17 after filing the submission on 4/21/17.

The post office can be slow depending on the locale, one post office we use gives better faster deliveries than another. Probably Milano has one of the slower post office.

I got my check on 7/20/17 after filing for rebate on 4/29/17, got the apology letter, called Milano after seeing a mailing date of 6/29/17 which was BS, been calling every week, then they said the check had to be stuffed by hand, and lick the stamps manually, then the next week was "oh delay because of the forth of July". Ever time I called Milano it was "give it another 10 business days".

I like Smith and Wesson but they should have not outsourced to such a crappy company.

BTW check will not mobile deposit also, so you have to go to a bank, just cashed mine today, so hang there!

Sounds to me like Milano might be a 1 man band.

I finally received my rebate. I also figured out why it took so long. Milano is the Italian name for the city Milan in Italy. These rebates were actually shipped from Italy.

So the rebates are running 20 days +/- from the "ship date" that is listed on the Milano site? Yikes that is crazy.
Mine says shipped on 7/14 so it won't be until early August that I get it I suppose.

yup, mine was marked as shipped on the 6/29 and was received just a few days ago, I thought it was lost on the mail, but there are some people that waited less.

got mine the there day, I gotta call Milano tomorrow though as my second one was submitted June 6th and STILL isn't showing up on the Milano website
