For those of you who are horse people, you probably already know who Buck Brannaman is. For those of you who do not. He is one of the founding fathers of "natural" horsemanship. The idea is gentling not breaking a horse. Of training him from his perspective. He did most of the rope n training work for "The Horse Whisperer". Anyway, he overcame an absolutely brutal upbringing, his father was a monster, to become the gifted person he is now. If any of you have the opportunity, please watch the movie they made about him. It's called, "Buck". I met him a few years ago and you will never find a more true and honest person. He says what he means and means what he says. PS-the movie is fantastic!!!

Will keep an eye open for the movie.

I'm waiting for Secretariat, loved SeaBiscuit.

Seabiscuit was pretty good, since he was before my time.

I lived through Secretariat's career (I was born and raised in Kentucky), so there wasn't any punch to the movie. Diane Lane is very attractive, but not quite powerful enough on screen.

I watched Big Red win the triple crown, "Secretariat" the greatest of them all. I have been waiting for the movie to come on HBO, really want to see it.

Never went to the Derby but always wanted to go and have a Mint Julep, laugh all you want.

Living there, it's probably nothing to you.

People come up to Charlestown MA from all over the world to see Old Iron Sides, I have never been aboard the vessel, and live only 2 miles away.

My wife was in to horses back when Secretaiat won the
Triple Crown. We watched him win by what, 27 or 30 lengths?
I thought I was watching the supernatural at work. Actually made
my hair stand up! (Yes, I Had Hair then!) I'd like to see that one.
