For anyone that may be interested, Bud's has 3" Model 10's listed in their used gun section. Look like more Aussie specials. Saw pics of round, and square. Typical condition. Bob

Sorry, but if I can't see a picture and complete description of the gun I'm buying I'll pass. At a LGS you can examine a gun, buying on this forum you can see a pic and ask the seller for specifics. At Buds, you take what they send you and have the hassle of returning if it's not to your satisfaction. There are alternatives to Buds (and others that sell like this).

I got a 10-8 from Bud's , and was very happy with it. The price that i saw on these was $230. I think that I have gotten 4 guns from them (used) and was happy every time. BUT you never know! I bought 4 guns from G.A. and GB. and had good luck too. I know that it is a gamble, but my batting average has been very good so far. Bob

I saw them yesterday but not today, gone already?
It states currently reserved for VIP members. This stinks
Join as a VIP....problem solved.
You had to jump on them Friday. By Saturday, it was VIP only. By Sunday, they weren't even on the website. Talked to a guy at Bud's Monday morning. He said they had 31, and all were spoken for already. Oh yes, I got one.

When I saw them, they were listed as an overstock item, which I had never seen them use before. 3" round butt pic, $230. Below it showed other guns that other people bought.... 3" square butt. No mention there of VIP. One pic of the round butt showed the VPA Aussie sticker. Things change quickly! By the way, I am in no way affiliated with Bud's, just trying to pass on information that may help someone. Bob

awright now, I received my email from Bud'S about my wish list model 10, blue,HB 3" waiting for me........ I called at the crack of noon, bout the time I get up and it was already sold ! I had my somewhat over-worked gun buying credit card in hand ready to finally have my 3" model 10 on the way. So, which one of you ole boys or girls got my model 10 !?? Naw, I am not angry, just let me know where to send the money order and how much profit you have to have ? I know there was a limit of two and you should be happy with just one and maybe your better half will not be so mad if you tell them how much profit you made. The 3" square butts were listed earlier, evidently for a short run.
Conspicuously absent was the typical 70-80% rating disclaimer. Leads me to belive that they may be more worn than earlier batches
They were also priced @ 299 - the upward range on a M10 in this condion.
I have 2 I purchased last year (3" square butt and 4" round butt). The 3" was/is in better cosmetic shape.

I don't think the good folks at Buds know what their doing. I signed up months ago to be on the early list for shipments like this. I haven't heard a thing from them.

I called Bud's today and ask if any Mod 10 3 inch guns were available....their guy answered "yeah, we have a bunch of them." Soooo , I ordered one @ $ 299. not sure if that is a good value for stated condition of 70 to 80 % but I am sure that I want one. will advise when it is available if snyone is interested.
