Burger King Whopper

Here in Texas 20 piece nuggets and basket of fries feeds me and the wife for $9.99. Seguin BK is pretty good. Most in SA suck. Arby's now has burgers, not bad but expensive

just had a Subway... 5 dollar footlongs are ancient history... mine was $12.98... wow... even the half I ate was 30 percent more than the old footlong... and the guy running the place was trying to get hired by a contractor buying lunch.. literally discussing wages and training... he won't be there long.. lol

I can't afford to eat at Burger King any longer, you must be live'n high on the hog these days? lol

Yeah, but high on hog…or something else? I just found this new to me Ketchup. I talked to the stock manager at the store and he said they're not selling well so they are not getting it anymore. I found it accidentally but anyway it's good and would help put some flavor on some of the popular fast-food/drive thru joints' burgers.

I've never seen either of those before, but I would think they would sell well in Texas; much better than plain, dull ketchup. I learned a long time ago to douse whatever I'm putting ketchup on (french fries and onion rings only) with a healthy dose of Tabasco first.

.

i happened to see both of those ketchups at the Candy store the other day Candy Store= food thrift store. When you see newer stuff there...It is the death chant for that item...think it came from Albertson's

Here in S. Fl Flannigans has the best burger and reasonably priced at lunch but 5 Guys does have the best fries.

I second that…Flannigan's is a Great Burger.
Don't forget the Curly Fries and a big souvenir cup.

The little teensy things selling for $7 are what is better know to many as a slider.

Yup, good ole shrinkflation. Even my local diner is trying to pass off pathetic little dabs of meat as burgers. My last time there I left the waitress a healthy tip, told her I know it's not her fault but that I won't be back for another. That was after what they tried to pass off as a club sandwich...tomato shaved so thin you could see through it, and a burger so small each sandwich wedge had at most a square inch of meat.

Whataburger is good, but around here it usually takes awhile to get your food. Slowest drive through ever.

On another note, I recently tried Jack in the Box at the urging of my wife after staying away for 40 years. I found their bacon double smash burger to be surprisingly good. Expensive, though - like everything else nowadays.

We have a local chain called Texas Burger that is really good, too along with its corporate siblings Taco Villa and Rosa's Cafe.
