Buyer Beware -Quantico Tactical.

If they are selling LE/MIL marked weapons above what the LE/MIL price should be that's not good. There is a set price for those things...and yes that is gouging on LE/MIL prices.

On the other hand if all they have are non LE/MIL marked weapons and are giving a military discount on weapons for general sale. That is good thing they are doing, and is a different thing all together.

As I've been informed by the local store by me...There is a single set price that is for LE/Military only. They will not sell a S&W to anyone that is not LE/first responder or active/reserve/retired Military. That price is no where near MSRP, so if that was what was paid, then I'd think it should be questioned.

I will still not deal with Quantico Tactical in the feature based on a dealing that is going on right now. I had a revolver listed on GB and the winning bidder chose to use these guys for his FFL. They would not send me a copy of there FFL and wanted my FFL to contact them and send them a copy of his FFL for "verrification" before they would send theres to him. Again stating that it was "store policy", I think its BS and silly, been selling online for over 5 years now and never had an issue until now. I hope the OP gets his issues worked out and post some pics online so we can see his side of the story. It only takes a few minutes to snap a pic and post it.

Although your post is somewhat confusing, my comments are based upon the fact that I take from your post that you do not have an FFL of your own despite "selling online for over 5 years." I take it from that statement that you are regularly engaging in buying and selling guns, perhaps through some FFL dealer near where you live. (Have you read the definition of what constitutes engaging in the firearms business without an FFL and what happens when you do that?)

What right do you have, whether or not you have your own FFL, to tell an FFL whom you want to do you a favor and receive a shipment from you or your FFL guy, how to do its business?

If you want to play gun dealer without going through the regulation, etc., that a real dealer goes through, then play nice since the receiving FFL has a right to tell you to shove off.

Whether or not QT wants to receive a shipment from you so that you can make a profit from a direct sale while QT has to deal with the 4473 and the NICS check, the log in and log out process and the receipt, unpacking, checking and so forth that goes along with receiving a gun for a customer is entirely within their discretion.

It is not a requirement for any FFL to do these transfers, and quite frankly, if I had someone like you trying to shame me on a public forum into changing my system to do you a favor, I would nicely tell you where to get off.

Sorry, but that needed to be said, as you are violating various rules of good taste by publicly whining about QT without good cause.

Just tell the buyer the deal is off as QT will not bow to your will, and tell him if he wants to buy your gun badly enough, he has to find another FFL. Oh, wait - I forgot - that will deprive you of a sale and profit.

uh oh! That sure made the thread get quiet. I think it is a valid point, however.

I have purchased several items from the Woodbridge Virginia Store and they have been very helpful and professional. I like that fact that even during the Ammo / Firearm shortage they did not raise their prices like other dealers. their MagPul, Lancer, Promag magazine prices were a couple bucks more than last year but very reasonable. My Only complaint is that I ordered a S&W M&P-15 "Don't Tread on Me" Rifle back in May and I have not received it (id does say 6-8 weeks for delivery) on the website. That being said, the main website had them in stock for the last month so I should have purchased it from their and had it shipped to the woodbridge store... now there all sold out :(
So I continue to wait. (not really a big deal since its too hot to go to the outdoor range) anyway I am a 99.999% satisfied customer

Brief but to the point. I have been in many QT stores and bought several S&W firearms from them as well as other accessories. I have always had top notch customer service. In fact, when I recently ordered my 40C, they were the only retailer that had it in stock and were great with providing email updates and fast shipping to my FFL. I will continue to buy from QT as they have been everything Maj Hensley has said and more!

I'm sorry the OP had a bad experience but I really believe QT is a stand up operation.

I also bought from QT. Since I live in AZ, I went through their website and called. Have to say I received excellent Customer Service! The only thing I can say is I had to wait for my M&P 9c. Not their fault; Smith & Wesson's lack of production keeping up with demand. I also am retired Military and very happy with the pricing and shipping, etc. Picked it up locally yesterday from Bass Pro for a $25 transfer fee. They matched a shop in Scottsdale, everyone else wanted $50 for transfer.
Again very happy with the service. Women was very polite when I called to check on delivery date and even offered me a Shield which could ship that date. Didn't take her up on it since I hadn't handled one or fired the shield!

I also am a satisfied customer. I bought M&P 9mm 17 round magazines from them at a reasonable $29.99 price when they were (and still are) impossible to find and the going price-gouging price for them were $80 - $100. I received them promptly and had no problems with them whatsoever.

Another satisfied customer. Purchased my Shield 9mm from QT 2 weeks ago. Excellent customer service and communication on their part. Price was great, $369, and it took less than 1 week to arrive from the time I placed the order.
