I'm new to this forum -- 3 weeks or so. I understand I can't list anything for sale yet, until the 30 days and 10 participations; however, can I buy from this site without meeting that criteria? George

AFAIK, you should be good to go as far as making a purchase is concerned. If I'm wrong, someone will be by shortly to straighten things out.

My first post as a member was a purchase in the classifieds. As long as the seller accepts your offer, or your "I'll take it," you oughta be okay. I'm sure the seller wll want to confirm payment before shipping to you though. Hence "SPF," sold pending funds.
