The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday sent a clear message to millions of gun owners in California: You're living in a Second Amendment-free zone.
In an order on Monday, without explanation or comment, the Court rejected a civil rights lawsuit brought by the Calguns Foundation and the Second Amendment Foundation. Those groups had hoped the justices would rule that the Second Amendment continues to apply even in the progressive enclaves of the left coast—and that law-abiding California residents possess the right to buy and sell firearms.

Instead, the Supreme Court declined to hear the case, a decision that underscores its willingness to let California legislators and judges evade the Second Amendment within the borders of the state.

Only one word for this ......"ridiculous" and your Gov Brown is behind this 100% no doubt. Although it's not always possible to physically move out of the state, if at all possible, I'd do so.

If they cannot ban them outright they will go after the sales and manufacturing. Gavin Newsome will be worse.

To Ozark Marine;
I was born & raised in Missouri. Owned my first rifle at 9 years old. most of the kids in my neighborhood also did. We loved to hunt and fish, and target shoot in the forest near us.Most of us served in the military during WWII and Korea. Some never came back. I look back on it like 'Mayberry USA' with nostalgia and regret. It was a beautiful place to live and grow up. Unfortunately, my own kids have grown up in the People's Republic of Kalifornia. A State that has sadly grown more 'progressive and liberal' rapidly.

We need to ensure that the current administration takes advantage of the conservative climate, and appoint 2A supportive judges to the appeals circuit. Oh, wait...

I'll leave this as a newsworthy 2A item, but I don't see much to discuss.
We're obviously going to see the usual lamentations for the American way of life, advice to Californians to abandon their home and roots like they're on a sinking ship, and general political commentary, so we're done.
