Can anyone suggest a good place to buy either bone or stag stocks / grips?

That is a model 58, in 41 Mag and the barrel is indeed 4"

I can recommend MD Grips located in Springfield, Tn. Mike does great work. He sells through Etsy.com.
3 examples he has done for me. Giraffe on USFA SAA; elk on a S&W Model 60; and elk on a Colt 1911.
