Changing Barrels on a model 29

I have a 25 year old S&W 29 that I would like to have a 8 3/8" barrel fitted to. Where would I get a new barrel and who would be the best at installing it? Does the factory do this type of work? and how does one contact them? Thanks!

Yes, the factory does it. I think they have an email contact address.
