Charter for Internet Service

Does anyone have Charter for their internet / computer service? I have Charter for my cable and it works OK for that.
I am thinking of moving my AT&T land line to magic jack since
I basicly use it as an answering machine and switching
my DSL to Charter. Input needed on how well Charter internet
service works. Thanks Goose

When I lived in Wichita, Kansas for a short period of time only internet service they had at the time where I lived was Charter Communications for internet service and it completed sucked back then once in awhile it stayed working. Here are some other reviews customers have stated on the service.

Charter internet works very well here in N Georgia, but then we don't have a great many options.

a couple of years ago I got the 2 year contract for high speed internet and cable tv with charter. service has been pretty good. a month ago I got a letter in the mail from in that since I had been a good customer with them that I would get a 10% discount and I thought that was nice of them. so when I got my last bill they gave me the 10 % discount but they also raised the rates $30 so even with the discount I'm ending up having to pay $20 more a month. I'm not one of happy customers they are talking about in their tv commercials. I'm thinking about changing the tv over to dish and keep charter for internet
