Chet's Twin Falls, Idaho Holsters

I recently acquired this interesting holster and am wondering if anyone has any information about the maker or business in Idaho.
Shown with a Model 66, (marked for a S&W Model 19).
I currently see only a couple of Chet's items offered for sale online.

Of course the Holstorian has info about Chet's -- and everyone else. Best known for making Steve Herrett's gunleather in the Jordan style.
