CNN is reporting Chris Dorner (sp) is currently in a fire fight with assorted L.E.'s in the Big Bear area. Reports of two officers wounded.

Sounds like offices jumped him and traffic and engaged and fled into a cabin.
Reports say two citizens are in the/thier cabin and now hostages..

Anyway he is pinned down.

Last report, they aren't sure if he has hostages or not. Just a speculation. Originally took two elderly folks hostage, tied them up, stole their truck...that's when the Fish and Game officers spotted him. He barricaded himself in another cabin (they aren't sure if it's the original cabin he was in or not).

Dorner says he's not going to be taken alive. Unfortunately, the bottom line is this probably won't end up well.

I have no love for him after the cop killings but I DO feel that the media has over hyped this guy into some sort of Rambo survival expert that he really isnt......good justification for when they finally end him I guess......

They're reportedly filling the place up with tear gas and no shots have been fired from inside. We'll see.......He might be dead already but I think he thinks too much of himself to kill himself. Only a matter of time before they send a tracked robot in there with a Streetsweeper.
