Christmas Flags!

This afternoon, my daughter came by and as she left, she said "Dad, where is your Christmas flag". Old Glory was flying in the wind and I said" I left the US flag up for our troops, rather than put up my usual Christmas flag!". She hugged me and there was a tear in her eye. We lost another Camp Lejeune marine in Helmand Province this week.

When will this madness stop? Win it, and I think that we could, or bring our boys and girls home from another politically expedient war!

66 years ago today, at Bastogne, these young paratropers were willing to stick it out to the end, no mater the cost. Eight days of Christmas, 1944. They held on against all odds for eight days, odd, the same number of rounds their M1's held.
