Which would you guys recommend for a 1979 vintage S&W 41? The only difference I see is one has a top strap that may interfere with ejection, but if that is the case, why would anyone buy that one?
As far as optic mounting, will both barrels accommodate most optics? I'm thinking about the smaller holographic optic over the big tubes. I have seen these mounted very close to the rear sight, that being the case, do I need to get the bullseye optic with the top strap?
