As I mentioned yesterday I had a problem with the bluing on a classic model 17. All the bluing came off the front of the cylinder when I cleaned it with break free. I also had a classic 27 where the bluing was so thin you could see the metal. I'm staying away from classics. I just don't understand how a company that has been in business as long as smith can't do a decent bluing job.
