Colorado DOES NOT RECOGNIZE ccw permits from states that issue such permits to non residents of the issuing state.

My understanding is that Colorado does not recognize non resident CCW permits issued by any state, but recognizes CCW permits issued to residents of any state that recognizes Colorado CCW permits (including those issued by states which issue non resident permits.)

As an example, Colorado recognizes Utah CCW permits issued to residents of Utah, but not Utah CCW permits issued to non residents of Utah.

Since Oregon, my state of residence, does not recognize any other state's CCW permits, and I am a non resident of Utah, my Oregon and Utah permits are not valid in Colorado.
