Common Sense: A Modern-day Thomas Paine

Dude needs to rename his video. "Second American Revolution" has already been used. It's the name of a white supremesist organization. Something he likely does not want to be associated with.

Don't have high speed so viewing that is a nonstarter. But I read the original many years ago and it still packs quite a wallop.

The amazing thing about "Common Sense" was how it spread like wildfire at a time when a galloping horse was the fastest means of communication; and how average people with little schooling (by today's wierd standards) read it, discussed it seriously, and ACTED on it. Sort of says something about people then and people now.

Tom Paine is one of my (few) heroes. I don't think this country would have been founded without his writings.
