And customers aren't allowed to tip. The customer and the driver each rate each other after the ride. If the driver gets low ratings he's done as a driver and if the passenger is rated low Uber will not pick him up .Great system .

Chicago still hates legal gun owners that is why you will never hear stories of the good guys.
Because of a supreme court ruling the Police have become a reactive force instead of a proactive force as not to profile.
I don't have a cc permit, but I will never go to the city without something to keep me safe until I am out of there, I would rather be judged by twelve than carried by six...
