Considering selling 686 4”

I think I forgot to post this 3" -

Then there is this 2.5" -

I paid $850 for a 2.5" -1 with round butt wood combats from a dealer that was a police gun or something.

Depending on where you sell it, you can get good amounts of cash

Before selling another grip arrangement to try is the hogue mono grip with finger grooves and exposed backstrap. It's not pretty but does reduce the grip size for smaller hands. Doesn't cost but $25-30 to try out.

Ultimately it's your decision to sell or not. Many would covet a no dash 686 distinguished combat magnum, but if you don't collect or shoot it there's not much point in hanging on to it.

I bought a 4" CS-1 686 when they hit the market. It has been the most satisfying .357 I have ever owned. Shortly after, I got a 6". It needed a bit of work. I had an excellent local pistol smith set the barrel back rethroat it.

Both are more than you can ask!

FWIW,
