Thanks! I got the 66 used a little while back, and these grips came with it. They seem sort of Altamont-ish, but I'm really not sure what they are (if anyone knows, please chime in!). I do like them, though. I have large hands and they feel pretty good...they're on the larger side. The 66 has an awesome single action trigger; I've been wondering if a past owner had some kind of work done. As for the 19-3, I've only pulled the trigger a few times, because I don't want to get a turn line on the cylinder. The revolver is fairly pristine, and I'm a little conflicted about that...

I don't have photos to share, but I have the same combo, M 19/66 2 1/2". Two of my favored revolvers, both offer more enough power in a package that is fairly easy to use for a discrete carry revolver. Both also feel like I've got a real revolver in my hand, something the model J frames are missing.

J frame fans, understand that I have one J frame a model 640, that is carried 90% of the time I carry a concealed revolver. I just prefer the fell of the larger 2 1/2" K frame.

Sharp looking combo. I too, like you and old bear, have the same pair. I used to have the nickel 19 shorty for the trifecta but it was a bit too shiny for my taste. They do feel "just right."
