Covid Booster at the VA question.

I took the Maderna on Thursday of last week, not too concerned about getting Covid at this point because I've taken the annual flu shot for the last 25+ years and have never had the flu since, this will be no different as far as taking it. Be kinda hypocritical not to get it.
Never wore a mask or even followed any protective protocol since this flu was released, but at least they say the symptoms/problems are greatly reduced if infected if you're vaxxed, hope so?
I see this as an annual thing now, not likely we'll ever rid ourselves of the flu or common cold anytime soon.

I have a moderately compromised immune system from frequent steroid injections in my neck and shoulder. I'm getting one likely this Friday.

People who are compromised can get them sooner. Like now. My youngest step-kid is compromised as well. I should harass him too.

Dr. Fauci has said recently that a booster might be necessary every 5 months. I really wonder about that statement

I just saw my doctor on another issue and he said to make sure I get it. He said it going to get worse by the end of the year. I marked my calendar for November 6th eight months from my last shot. My only reaction to the shots were a sore arm. My wife had none.

Got call a few minutes ago from the VA saying I could come on out and get my Pfizer Booster.

I was gonna go this afternoon, but got "stuff" to do this PM and thru Sunday.

I am thinking I'll go out Monday PM, an hour or so before they stop for the day but I wonder how the booster affects people.

My first injection-nothing. Second, kinda sick for about 24 hours. Booster-unknown as to side effects, etc.

Anyone had the Booster? If so, any problems?

I had the Covid the last of October/first part of November and posted here. Sickest I have ever been in my life-worse than the Malaria I had back in '66. Week in the
VA Hospital, most of it in intensive care. NEVER wanna go through that again.

I wouldn't think twice about the side effects if I were you. Have a friend that lives in Delaware, every weekend he heads out to Jersey to visit the daughter, spend the weekend with her family and occasionally on some other weekend's he would go to NY if he needs to fix his son's car. Last week he got the virus and been in the ICU ever since, no one is allowed to visit, bottom-line he don't take them shots.

Several months ago my 20 year old perfectly healthy granddaughter who works in healthcare
takes the shot which made her feel bad the next day then some time later she had the second
shot she was very sick afterwards along with passing out.

Two weeks ago she had to have a pacemaker / defibrillator installed into her body. Tell me that
this was a natural occurrence.

Could well be a coincidence rather than the cause

That’s far riskier than the vaccine. Why not talk to your dr about it?

Doctors push the vaccine, and vaccines with an estimated 5.3 billion doses administered are clearly an unknown and likely dangerous. Thankfully we've got the true heroes, youtube and arfcom randos who tell people to slurp up horse paste. It even comes in apple flavor, and as we all know, an apple (flavored horse paste) a day keeps the doctor away.

Interesting responses.

Anyway. I boldly drove to Bay Pines Monday PM, got my shot in about 15 minutes and was out of there in 15 more (you gotta sit there a bit to make sure someone is available if you decide to pass out).

Kinda sick yesterday, 101.5 fever, took two Tylenol, feel pretty good today, but it's raining so hard I'm just hangin out at home.

The nurses giving the shots were so pretty, nice and friendly I almost asked for another.

Almost!

My wife and I have been taking the Ivermectin horse paste. I have not and will not take the vaccine.

My wife and I took the Moderna in March. Right now she's just finishing breakthrough COVID (there is a real upsurge in our town and a nearby town in SE NM) which for her, and she has serious health issues, was like a severe cold or medium pneumonia. She's on mend 11 days in. Her doc, my doc, and the clinic PA all said she was fortunate to have had the vaccine.

Medicines were a Z-pack, prednisone in a step-down pack, and a OTC cough suppressant. Had she gotten much worse she would have been given an additional drug.

I asked all separately about Ivermection - all said emphatically 'no.' My doc, a Vietnam F4 pilot, added "Well, does she have worms (he was joking)?"

There is now a massive campaign to suppress Ivermectin as an effective treatment for Covid by Big Pharma because it is cheap, widely available around the world and it’s highly effective as a preventative and as a treatment. The patent on Ivermectin has long since ran out and there is minimal financial incentive to reap from it.

No, there is just an attempt to remind a certain part of the population that they are neither cows nor horses and that an animal dewormer being touted as a Covid medicine (by people on the internet, so it must be true!) is actually a pretty silly idea.

I’d love to know the source of this information

Yeah Science! - YouTube

You realize it’s given to humans all over the world right? And in African countries where’s its given as a prophylactic for parasites, their covid numbers are substantially lower vs the ones where they don’t.

There are doctors all over the US giving the human form to patients, along with HCQ, with great success.

Turn off CNN and do some research yourself, don’t use Google.

Yes, don’t take the apple paste...not a good idea as getting the dosing wrong could do more harm than good.

The Ivermectin paste syringe is for 1250 pounds of body weight and costs $9. Take the second dose a week later then once every two weeks. Mix it with an ample amount of peanut butter, it makes it much more palatable. Each notch/increment in the syringe is for 50 lbs of body weight. It would take an idiot to overdose. Pretty cheap insurance.
