CRAZYPHIL AWOL AGAIN

I'm glad to hear you made it through okay.

And for those who see this as food for worry: if Phil's episode was indeed tied to the vaccine, thank goodness that he got the shot. If the vaccine elicited this response from his immune system, he wouldn't be around to post, if he got Covid instead.

I'm glad you're home and okay!

My wife and I got the J&J vaccine two weeks ago. Her arm was sore for days, but that was the only side effect. I didn't experience anything whatsoever.

Glad to hear you pulled through it OK Phil.
A friend in his late 70's/early 80's had almost the same reaction that you described and it lasted 3 or 4 days as well.
He pulled out of it OK too.

Hang in there Phil. My son had somewhat the same reaction with no hospital time and doing much better. With that second shot you can now get out there amongst' um.

We are now tarting to hear about strange reactions after the Covid vaccine. People are reporting everything from dizziness, stiff necks, fevers, loss of memory, insomnia, strokes and even death in some instances. When ever a new vaccine is out and administered they always have side effects. Heck, even the flu shot has caused more deaths than people actually know about! This one was brought to market so fast, some of the side effects were not even known but HOPEFULLY they are mostly temporary and mild.

Glad you are OK and on the mend Phil, hang in there!

My boss and his wife both got the Moderna pair of shots and both of them had reactions after the second. Similar to the OP's but not as bad. I have had the Pfizer first shot and get the second on Monday. No reaction to the first but a sore arm at the injection site for 36 hours. Very few reactions other than that from most people taking the Pfizer shots. I recommend it over the Moderna for sure.
