Anyone have or even try a Crimson Trace grip on an M&P I was wondering how it felt in the hand compared to the standard grip?

I've heard it compared to the medium size grip panel once installed. If that helps.

I have them on my M&P 40 and I like them, I would agree they feel like the medium grip. Occasionally with more shooting you will notice the activation button pressing into your palm more during recoil than the factory grips, but it doesn't hurt. Overall I like them, you barely know they are there except there is laser dot. And the quality seems real good.

I do not own any, but tried them on a MP
blue gun at gunshow this weekend. I use sm/med
backstaps. They fit fine. Like med at max for
9/40 full size. I am waiting for the ones for
MP 45c.

Thanks crew .....

Try it, you'll like it. Dad bought a M&P 9 and with his vision he really wanted to get the CT grips. Being the wondeful daughter I am I bought them for him as an early birthday gift.
The gun fits his hand and my much smaller ones quite well, and feels so much better than those silly Blocks, uhm, I mean Glocks so many people like to carry

I have the CT grips on my M&P9 Compact and love them.

I would agree that the feel is similar to that of the medium backstrap. It's just a tiny bit wider over the battery, but I think that it enhances the grip feel.

I highly recommend CT grips on this gun.

I have the Crimson Trace Model-660 on my full size M&p9. It fits my hand perfect and they do work as advertised. www.shooters-resource should have them for about $241 if they have not increased the price.

I have CTC Laser Grips on my M&P40C. LOP is similar to the medium grip, but there is some palm swell where the batteries are housed. Here's a look:
