The major holster manufacturers have always targeted the largest portions of the market with their product lines. For many years this has left a lot of people who chose a less popular handgun model or barrel length without much selection. It has also left a good market niche for lower volume producers, including myself.
In the L-frames S&W offers many barrel lengths and profiles. Same with the N-frames and K-frames. Those with 2.5", 3", 3.5", 4.25", 5" and a few others can look long and hard to find any holsters specifically made for their revolvers. Over the past 25 years or so quite a few makers have all but discontinued revolver holsters, other than a few very common models.
We continue to make them just about every day. Over 60% of our holster orders are for revolvers, and probably half are for the less common barrel lengths.
