Current carry: what's on you right now?

Church this morning was a Sig P250 subcompact .45
Then switched over to an M&P 9 full size in a southpaw CQC (open carry) for a ride with the wifey on the Road King.
Now lounging on the couch still geared up. I'm usually geared up till I go to bed.

Home, but I have my S&W 9mm Shield on me, like a good boy scout I am always prepared. Have my Ruger SR9C with 17 rounds of Gold Dot 124's in it nearby in case there are multiple 'guests'. We live out in the country and it would take 15 minutes or more for law enforcement to get here so I keep enough guns loaded with hopefully 1 more bullet than I would need until they arrive.

You know, if I had that many concealable weapons the agony of deciding which one would be today's carry would do me in.

(But they all look wonderful!)

In bed. Both 40s, both 6-12 inches away.

At the moment, nothing. That's because I'm a professor. I'm at the office in a state (TX) that doesn't have campus carry for CHL holders. My PT709 is presently locked up in my motorcycle saddlebags as that IS allowed. My Smith is on its way back from the factory for repairs.

Sitting at my desk at work, carrying my duty issued Glock M39 45 GAP, with my personal off duty S&W 1066 10mm in the lockbox mounted underneath my desk. I know we should carry off duty the same type of firearm as on duty, but it's not required by our department and I'm just more comfortable with the 1066, I'm duty qualified with both.

I'm in my bunny jammies, leaned up on the pillows typing away.
I don't wear a handgun in my jammies or in bed, but I'm within a hand's reach of a 1911 and a Model 58. And I have a 870P a step away.

Other than that, I'd have to get to my wife's side of the bed to get at another firearm. She has a Glock 23 and a Rossi Coach Gun to make her feel safe at night.

Plus she has the dual Killers, the Scooter and Skippy Early Warning System.

Plus I have two lights in my hallway with motion detectors on them and they come on when turned on and someone moves through their zone.

Unfortunately this is Australia, and though I have a **** load of both long arms & handguns they are all locked in safes with the ammo locked up separately. As a retired police officer though I do know how to answer, when questioned, how I managed to arm myself at such short notice.

Welcome, Chatto. Glad to see you emerged from lurking. ;):D

Since my cz82 in 9mm makarov is in heat she's within arms reach along with my colt 1911a1 gov. 45acp / nickel. I think there hoping to make a cz75. They get really mad when there interrupted. My mom would call every time me and the misses were busy. Talking about ruining the moment. I think she did it on purpose. It got so bad we didn't answer the phone. But I hope I get a baby cz75 by spring.

Daily carry is a Shield 9mm loaded up with PDX-1's, in a IWB hybrid holster. The house is guarded by a Mossberg 12-gage, loaded up with 00 buck 3" magnums.
