I'm in the soup again.

Just when I thought I was done collecting (buying) I read a thread about shooting .32 ACP's in S&W .32 S&W Long revolvers. It's okay. In fact, it's not a bad idea at all. Cartridges fit (as they are semi-rimless), pressures are ok if shooting in "modern" revolvers; and there are even self-defense rounds in .32 ACP that are good to go in revolvers.

Now I'm looking for a nice, affordable shooter .32 S&W long revolver.

I thought I was "done" with Beretta .32 ACP's as a new avenue of collecting. I have limited what I'm interested in to .38 special and 9mm so I can reload. Then I added .32/7.65 as, "just one more caliber."

Now that I can use my .32 stuff in a revolver....gotta sell some more milsurps. Anyone interested in some nice Mausers? Perhaps a No. 4 Enfield? Hey, how 'bout a Finn 41 capture Mosin? Step right up folks....be an enabler.

I'm unclear as to why you're so excited about shooting .32 ACP in a ,32 long. Do you have tons of ammo sitting around, or access to large quantities that are cheap!

PM me about the Finn if you're serious.

Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water.... :D :D :D :D

Redcoat,

Must warn one, it's not possible to buy just one .32 S&W. To my knowledge it's never been done. I think I'm up to about 8 now with a lull that I hope isn't just temporary.

Just means you're ready to move on to a different caliber:-)

Welcome to the Dark Side!

Oh yeah, we lied about the cookies, but now that you're here you really won't notice that.

Start looking for the hardest to find ones first but buy everything you can get your hands on in the meanwhile... I don't know if that's the "best" way to do it, but that's what I've done.

Then of course you can start working on customs to get "just what you always wanted."

Run away; be very, very frightened!

I took deliver on my first .32 S&W Long revolver, a Regulation Police Hand Ejector, just two days ago. Had it to the range yesterday. They are very cool little guns, and I am thinking about more. Love the little pop they make.

Here's the one I picked up Tuesday. I was the only bidder for it at $350.00.

I just clinched a deal for a 1953 Regulation Police I frame with J frame grips in very nice shape. Probably paid a fair price ($450) but I figured I'd start with a good one and when I learned a lot more about them look for the bargains. This was just too nice to pass up. (For pics, see thread ID this revolver.)
