You need to be a bit more specific. What type of sight are you looking for? Standard sight with a different colored insert? Partridge style? Translucent rod glowing sights?
Google front sight replacements for a S&W M686-6 and different options will come up. Assuming your M686-6 has the front sight installed with a roll pin and is easily removable, you have a bunch of options.
If you are just looking to replace the color of the insert, Brownell's sells different colored compounds to make a new one in many different colors. I believe they still come in a kit.
