That really is a nice revolver. Now you need to find a barbecue.

The gold enhancements are very subtle. I had to look twice to see the cylinder and barrel bands. I like subtle!

The gold on the front sight is practical. I have gold beads on some of mine.

The ivory is superb. No sense debating that. I like the whole package, even on an F frame!

I find myself coming back to the photos in this thread repeatedly. That Model 65 really is a beauty - I love the craftsmanship and the understated elegance of the finished product... and the photos are wonderful.
