To followup, I got a shipment tracking number the day after my order was placed.
Rocky Mountain Reloading has 500 45 cal 230gn plated seconds (blemished) for $72 with free shipping. Looks like most of their other calibers are also in stock too.

I've never ordered from these guys, is there a general consensus that they are legit? Seems strange that they are the only ones with enough powder to fill an order for 12 pounds. My credit card gets scared of "never shopped before" orders

I ordered a new Lyman bullet mold from MidSouth yesterday afternoon. It arrived at my doorstep this afternoon. These guys have my business from now on.
Cabella's has Herter's 7.62x54R on sale for $11.99 for 20 rounds. They have tons of it here in Illinois. I bought a bunch and found that it is actually Tula in the Herter's box. By the way my local Cabella's no longer has ANY limit on ammo except .22 and 9mm.
Powder Valley has more Tula SPP in stock, $23.50/1000, also LPP $24.50/1000.
