**DAILY** In-Stock Reloading NOTICES

Ok Guy's, it REALLY pains me to post this because I don't currently have the budget to place an order for myself. Partly because I just placed an order for 1500 Berry's Plated 230 gn RN from Powder Valley.

Partly because both the car and motorcycle insurance came due this month and Michigan has increased the Medical costs A-freaking-again. Insurance that was once about 650 bucks every August is now 1135.00. Consider this a rant because Michigan is the only state that mandates FULL LIFETIME CARE for anyone injured in a motor vehicle accident and in spite of a surplus in the fund they keep on raising what is charged to our insurance.

Anyhow, Powder Valleys has some of the more popular calibers of Berry's plated in stock. Those shooting 9mm, 40 S&W, or 45 ACP should check it out. BTW, they also have 148 grain 38 spl. but no 125 or 158 grain bullets.

Also, and this really hurts, Midway has Starline brass for the 45 ACP in stock at 169/1000. They also have Remington or Hornady brass in 100 pc. bags at prices that I consider too high. I like Remington brass a lot but for 30 cents a case I'll keep looking for the UMC 250 packs.

Somebody has to pay for Detroit. Sorry it has to be you.

Things have been looking better over the last few weeks. I'm thinking things will be pretty close to normal come winter when people are not hitting the range as much.

Rocky Mountain Reloading has been my "go to" place for bullets during this recent shortage. The message on their home page just changed from "4 to 6 week" lead time to "within 2 days". Good people to work with. Rocky Mountain Reloading

I have a paid invoice from Powder Valley dated July 18th for an 8 pound jug of Bullseye. I see that more Alliant powders are becoming available including BE so maybe I will get it soon. I just hope they don't kill the order and refund me. I can wait as I have plenty of W231 but 8 lbs. of BE would sure be nice.;)

I don't need another press. I don't need another press.

Cabelas has Forster Co-ax presses for $219.99.
Cabelas has Hornady Bushing conversion kits--the cheapest way I have found to buy their bushings.

Went to the Gander Mountain in SW Houston today. Massive amounts of .223 / 5.56. Probably 7-8K rounds of Federal black-box 100 packs ($60) and a very large amount of Freedom Munitions (if I remember correctly), probably at least 30K rounds at $12 for 20.

Quite a lot of .40 S&W and 45 ACP as well. Very little 9mm and no .22.

Good to see some supply back on the shelves, though Gander has always been among the priciest options.

Cabelas is showing 9mm and 10mm Starline brass in-stock.

Powdervalley Inc. Has some CCI primers, Tula Small Pistol primers, and Hornady 115gr FMJ bullets.

Recob's has 1# jugs of W231 in stock (they had 8# jugs, I ordered 1 and now they show out of stock so I must have gotten the last one, I've been looking for this powder for a while). Browsing WINCHESTER

They also show 296 and 748 in stock as well

Xtreme bullets has various bullets in stock In Stock Now... I've ordered from them and they shipped very quickly and the bullets are very consistent.

Just curious but what kinds of bullets have you ordered from them? No issues at all? Has anyone else ordered form them before? Their prices seem reasonable. Might give them a try.

9mm in both 115 and 124 grain. No problems at all. I've probably shot 3000(or so) of them. I would prefer to use one supplier but they all seem to run out at inopportune times so I alternate between Xtreme and Rocky Mountain Reloaders. The prices are pretty much the same. I load and shoot a lot (1-1.2K per week) so I'm always on the lookout.
