**DAILY** In-Stock Reloading NOTICES

Just picked up some Winchester small rifle primers at 3rd Generation. Midsouth has CCI #34 7.62mm & 30-06 Nato Spec Primer 1000 Count [$36.60]

Guys - isn't Wideners the supplier that has the credit card issues? I read somewhere (here?) that a fair number of purchases saw fraudulent charges on their cards after ordering from them. Not saying Widener's does it - not sure how it happens (hackers?). Anyway - just wondering. Thanks.

Recobs has some popular powders on their site this morning: CFE223, 748, H4895, AA#7, and AA#9 to name a few.

Recobs will not permit me to order any quantity larger than 1. As much as I would like to purchase some of that #7 I am not going to pay over 50 dollars for one measly pound.

They must have gotten a really small order of #7, it will let you order 4lbs of #9. Sorry I don't check the limits, just post when I see stuff available.

I'd love me some of that 748 but $28.50 spread across 4 pounds adds $7.13 a pound. Things are loosening up so maybe larger quantities of these powders will be available. I guess when you're Jonesing for powder, the price isn't so bad LOL. Too bad they didn't have what Novalty needs!

Powder Valley has CCI primers for $27 a thousand. I have 5,000 on the way.

Grafs has a bunch of Small Pistol Primers in-stock: Tula, Wolf, Magtech, CCI, Winchester in both 1,000 and 5,000 ct.

Happened to me immediately after a Weidners order.
Their site has discontinued online ordering until security issues are resolved.

Recobs

I have noted the limits online at Recobs, but I CALLED because of a computer glitch. While on the phone I was offered more powder than was allowed online. And found powder available that was not listed online.
Call them if you are interested in ordering something. You may get more than you bargained for ;)

Thanks for the heads-up Novalty on the 8 pounders of W-748. I believe I've achieved where I want to be powder / primer wise and no small thanks to you. Good times and smaller bank accounts! :)

Recobs still has 1 and 8lb jugs of W748 in-stock.

Webfarmer, glad to hear you were able to get some 748. Wondering if Winchester is using W231 in their commercial ammunition line, as I see no reason why it hasn't hit the shelves yet. I guess I didn't realize how popular 50 cal. is, because every known powder vendor has it in about every size jug from every manufacturer, along with 869, and 7828. Maybe if Alliant took a break on the Power-pro series, and put out some Bullseye, Unique, Red Dot, and Blue Dot--vendors would have some powder that people want and actually sells.

Novalty, I've been keeping an eye out for your powders too. I hope things break loose W231, HP38, Bullseye, WST, AA #5 and Titegroup wise!!! Hope ya got the funds available when they finally do :)

Well if you see some, would appreciate an email. This site and about every other one that talks about firearms is blocked by my work's network.

Thanks for the heads up - I'm looking for power pistol. I know powder is hard to come by and all, but Alliant Powder Power Pistol - 4lb for $135 + hazmat + shipping - does that seem a little high? Or, is that the new price?

That is high for 4lb but it's availability is scarce.

OK, here's a rant from an old curmudgeon...

I would really like to see posts on this thread about availability of reloading components only. So far this thread is 15 pages long and approx 1/2-2/3 of the posts are "Gee, glad you found some Win XSC" or "Wish I could find some Win XSC", or "Wow, I can't find any Oolong orange pistol powder"...

So, flame if you want, but I sand by my statement...
