...but at least it is a revolver. Yeah, I know, her stance is a bit wide and she also has her finger on the trigger. I told her that's a no no. I also told her that even though it's a "toy", she loses it if she points it at anyone, safe gun handling is safe gun no matter what type it is. Right now she's practicing her sight alignment and trigger control on a wall target...she's getting pretty good at it..she's also learning semi-auto skills since she has to rack the slide each time to cock the air chamber....guess you call this a non environmental Hybrid.

At least she has the "gun" look down....:)

I think it is a refinish - the Nerf logo looks a little blurry - wouldn't give over $250 for it.

What are you dad? crazy? She's gonna shoot her eye out... LOL...

Yep, I'd keep her locked up till she was 21+... I'd also recommend you clean you rifle in plain view the day the first suitor comes to the door... ;)

What a beautiful girl. I'm betting that it won't be too many years before she is outshooting you, Sip. Thanks for providing my smile for the day.

My sons had trouble pulling back the slides on most Nerf guns. I happened to find a larger rifle model on clearance. I think it is called the stampede. It takes magazines of six to eighteen darts. It will also work with drums holding 35 darts. I got my two kids the drums off a different pump model. The Stampede is heavy for a kid and powered by six D batteries so to them it is probably like manhandling an M60 or some such. The Stampedes fire full auto so you have to learn to fire controlled bursts. My older boys have learned to hip shoot them like a WW1 Marine would use a BAR.

The previous belt fed full auto Nerfs were said to be jam prone but I have not had one in the house.
