I find myself needing to deep conceal carry my 3914. It must remain unseen.

Anyone here carrying a 39XX series pistol in that manner? How do you accomplish it? Ankle holster? Tuckable IWB?

Please include the manufacturer and model numbers if you would. I'm left handed and leaning twards a tuckable IWB as I will not always have a cover garment on.

The pistol is a well used 3914 NL with factory Xenoy grip and the early 7 round mag with flat metal baseplate from a 3954. MAkes for one slick carry piece.

Thanks in advance for your kind assistance! Best regards, 18DAI

A tuckable IWB at 9-11 o'clock will work the best IMO, or even a non-tuckable IWB with the right clothing. Something like Thunderwear might offer the best concealment (for a gun with a safety), but drawing from the deep crotch could be more of a challenge.

I've tried out the sticky Remora holsters and they are fine in a pinch, conceal well initially, but tend to move around as you do. I prefer the IWB with belt attachments for this reason.

I'm not sure who would make a good IWB holster for the 3914 NL version specifically, but the type that conceals best does not have the belt clips/loops on top of the gun, but rather to the sides. Crossbreed Supertuck is a good example of this style.

Might give JM Custom a call. They make various IWB holsters and he lists some 3rd Gens. as options. Lead time is a bit long though.

I'd go with an "under the shirt" shoulder rig of some type.
Even the best tuckable IWB has some manner of clips or loops visible on your belt that a knowledgeable person will readily recognize for what they are.

Standard Air Marshall 2 from kangaroo carry looks like a good choice for a 3913

If you go with an IWB, the type of clips that offer the best concealment are the behind-the-belt velcro type (CrossBreed® Holsters V Clip). Crossbreed doesn't offer holsters for 3rd gens, but these clips could be used with another holster.

A few possibilities I've found with 3913 listed as an option, though you'd have to contact them about the slanted NL dustcover:

I'm intrigued by the Aliengear's neoprene-backed holster, as leather can sometimes be a little 'creaky.' :)

I have a Stoner Holster 415 IWB brown leather LEFT hand model for a 3913/14....I use the same model for my 3913NL daily and works well...he makes the 415 for the NL model but I already had another RH version and it works with the slanted dustcover as show in pic.............it's yours if you want it .......free :D

nocents thank you so much for your kind and generous offer! PM sent! :)

Thanks all for the leads! I like several of the examples provided and will be exploring which will work best for me in the coming days. I appreciate the kind assistance! Regards 18DAI

I EDC a 3914 LS and I use a Crossbreed supertuck. I don't tuck, but wear a shirt over my waist line. It is very discreet.

Andrew

Thanks Andrew, I didn't realize Crossbreed did 3rd Gens for the Supertuck model (CrossBreed® Holsters Super Tuck Deluxe IWB Concealed Carry Holster).

I've carried a Kahr K40 in a Mini-Tuck at times, and I agree it disappears very nicely without tucking in the shirt. After a few years the kydex shell broke at the top rivet, and the cutouts in the belt clips tore up my nice Beltman belt pretty good, but despite all of that it still functions well.

The fact that Old Faithful Holster's IWB hybrid uses thicker Kydex and more functional belt clips has me leaning towards them, between the two.

The Why? and how fast might you need to access the gun....will really impact what will work for you.

You said "deep conceal" and "no cover garment"??..........Not even "tighty whities"??????....LOL... only one option.......... I don't want to think about!!!!!!!!!!!

Assuming you are "tighty whities +" but no vest.................................

DeSantis.... makes/made a "Belly Band" style holster at the belt line.....11:30 O'clock ..... unbutton 2 shirt buttons to access........ of course reholstering will be a b----!

Did a search; Optics Planet...has several versions on it's web site.....$20-50.

Someone makes a T-shirt type carrier with a holster under the armpit......can't think who it is right now ......... Safariland??????

Check out...... 511 tactical they have a neat product...."Holster Shirt"..... at least on their video...LOL

Good Luck

I have an Alien Gear IWB holster for my Beretta Px4 Storm Compact that also perfectly fits my S & W 3913TSW. Very secure, no print, very comfortable. It can be had with various belt clips for even better concealability.

I use a FIST #1 for my 3913TSW and it conceals well. The only draw back would be that it's not tuckable. I just tried it and my 3914NL fits in it as well.

For tuckable holsters, I just ordered a MTR A2 "Dual Carry" it's tuckable and can be converted to an OWB holster as well. I ordered it for my 13-4 3", but they show it for the 6946.

If you really want a foolproof deep cover, talk to Milt Sparks about your needs, order a VM-2, and have mating loops sewn into each pair of pants you need. Not inexpensive due to the need to equip each pair of pants, but there is nothing better.

How is it that the magazine holds only 7 rounds when it is the same length as the 8 rounders? Inquiring minds want to know.....

It's truly flush fit.......... the 8rd extends 1/3" below the frame.

18DAI... check out Cook Holsters... they have a new(er) IWB "trigger guard carry"....... I've got one for the 3913 and Walther PPK.... haven't used them much but .. very minimalist for carry..... but ... they seem GTG
