So much dang HYPOCRICY. Everywhere you look, people are hypocritical as hell. I'll save that for another thread, though.

Here, if a business doesn't want guns, their business should not include selling guns.

hopes that Dick's suffered for its gun
stance yet those posters almost all
declared they never did any business
with Dick's.

When a gun manufacturer sells to a distributor I think they give up a lot of choice over who (FFL dealer) those guns are then sold to. S&W & Ruger use distributors and I doubt they will be going after dick's in any way.

Dick's Sporting Goods is a privately owned company having every right to conduct their business in any way they see fit within the law.

Customers have every right to do their business with any company they wish, and to withhold their patronage from any they choose.

You make your choices in accordance with your conscience and convictions. I will do the same and encourage others to do the same.

So far there have been at least 4 Company's that I am aware of that pulled their line from Dick's - GOOD FOR THEM and in the long run, GOOD FOR US! It's about time the law abiding gun owners started using the same tactics as the left liberal anti gun community does.

Here's to hoping the NRA or other influential groups are pressuring firms like Remington, Winchester, Savage, etc etc, to cut strings with Dick's. If everyone in the firearms and ammo industry cut strings with Dick's, no one in the firearms or ammo industry would lose a penny of business - 100% of it would go to other retailers.
