Difference in barrels?

Hello all,

Is there any difference (except for markings) between a .38/.357 barrel and a 9mm barrel for a Centennial revolver?

I know they can handle each other's rounds but I wonder if there was an actual difference in bore size, land, grooves, etc.

Should be, since the .38/.357 is a .357 & the 9mm is a .355.
