Different style SAT tool ?

I found this SAT tool at a flea market. Can someone tell me what gun it might have come with and when it was issued?

I vaguely recall these were give aways at a SHOT show some years back. They are "universal" in the they are not intended for any specific model of S&Ws. Ed.

I think there is one of those in the original case of a P/C 6906, that came with adjustable sights. I will have to dig out the case and check. I think its emblem is orange. I will check.
