The only problem I've detected here is your mention of being 32 and not married yet.You sound like a very smart young man. You also obviously know where to shop!
If I may offer this suggestion. Hold off on getting married until your collection is complete.
Then give it a couple of more years, just to be on the safe side, then re-evaluate your situation. Then and only then, if you are really sure you want to get married, start another collection!
Why do unmarried guys never listen to the sage advice offered by us married ones?

Yeah, thats a hard thing. I've been parting with a lot of stuff I never expected to in the quest to amass some really nice pre-war smiths.

I don't think you do, but I suspect that little nickle top-break revolver in the middle does. All those other guns pointed at it - the poor thing must be scared spitless!

I'm too focused on old stuff. I only have one S&W made after 1961, the model 60 that I carry in there.
I'm just so in love with the old guns I can't find the money for the new ones. Well, "new" being a relative term. If a gun wasn't made at least 20 years before I was born I tend to have very little interest in it.
As far as fitting a couple hundred guns in a safe goes: I became adept at what was called "Revolver Tetris" by my roommates back when I lived in an apartment and the only safe I had needed to fit in the hall closet. I would oil up the guns well and put them in old socks, then spent an hour trying to put them all into the safe in a way that they would fit.
For a while the new pistol only safe worked out, I got those shelf hooks which lets me hang them under each shelf. Thing is I am getting back to revolver jenga again. I'm trying to get my dad to retire so he can clean out his wood shop and build me a drawer system for it, but he just won't do it. I keep giving him guns with a note on them: "retirement gift" and he just keeps not retiring.

First of all you do not have a problem. You have an ISSUE. Once you double that collection you fall into the realm of PROBLEM.
