Do you shoot mostly standing or sitting?

I use to shoot 90% standing. But now due to serious back issues, I use a powerchair now to get around, except for around my small house sometimes I walk. I can stand and walk a little bit. But it is painful, so now I shoot from my powerchair.

I shoot standing, sitting, and prone. And use the bench as a cover item (not with a bench mount)

Whatever is needed for the shooting sports I am involved it. Since I shoot 3-gun, USPSA and IDPA pistol, and other type matches my firearms are required to do whatever it takes. And that includes shooting from what ever position my body is required to get in. My 15-22s act as either practice firearms for 3-gun or as action arms in dedicated rimfire matches. I don't shoot them off any of my bipods much but they are equipped to do that if needed.

Do you use any kind of a rest attached to the arm of the chair?

Usually with half my body out the passenger window at around 35mph.:D

Next time I go to the range.. Going to bring a damn chair haha..maybe a small table if I can cram it in my little car. I like to use my bipod and not have to squat all the way down as if I am about to drop a deuce.

I mostly kneel behind a spool. some standing, but I have to work on stabilizing while shooting standing. It is way more obvious how much I move while standing still now that I have a scope.

No I don't. The arms on my chair are short to be able to get close to tables. It would not work. But good idea though. Would work on some chairs.
