I've never been a Twitter user, never had any interest in it. I will be very interested in seeing analysis of the algorithms to see how much Twitter was/is manipulating access to information.

I have to wonder how infested with employees Twitter is that will oppose stopping their censorship. The entire high-tech world is infested with them. Elon will have a challenge as they resist him.

Unless they're union, which I doubt, they'll be fired for their actions.

There's an interesting TED Talk with Musk from a bit over a week ago wherein he discusses, among other things, the reasons he wants to acquire Twitter. It's on YouTube.

While the interview is about an hour, I see that the Twitter discussion has also been excerpted into a 20 minutes or so video.

No, not in this lifetime or the next. Dumped Facebook also. Waaaaay too much tracking going on there. I believe our government knows too much about it as it is.

Heard on the radio the other day social media's broken down into generations. Young people use Tik-Tok and Insta-Gram, their parents use Twitter, grandma & grandpa are still on Facebook. Must be true, FB is as social as I need to be.
